Relax, Revive, Renew WildFire is a young adults group for those between 16 and 35. The age group has been extended to 16 year olds to include those who will be on pilgrimage to Sydney for World Youth Day next year and to help bridge the gap between high school and beyond. We meet every second Friday at the Chaplaincy Office on JCU campus, 7:30 - 9:30pm. To get there head down University Drive until see you see the Mac Shop sign on the median strip - take you next right - the Chaplaincy Office is the first building on the left.
The idea of WildFire is to create an opportunity for young Catholics to come together to discuss, pray, and hang out. We try to get a balance between discussion, activity and service and from time to time get in guest speakers to help us focus on a particular topic, service or group. Those who attend Wildfire are encouraged to come every two weeks but it is understood that with busy schedules that this is not always possible so we welcome people whenever they can make it.
